Our kids have been a part of community of homeschoolers for the last 2 1/2 years. Synergy is a ministry/class that happens every week where the children learn about various subjects together in a cooperative environment.
The director and dear friend, Hope Wingate, came up with the idea of the children fundraising for our family this semester. She handed out empty little M&M containers and asked them to fill them with quarters.
We were all surprised to see many of the kids fill them and take them back empty to continue to refill them over and over again. The result, was a very generous donation. The families of Synergy raised $240. Thank you for giving so generously!
