Let me start off by saying thank you to those that have actually read on after reading the title. Yes, the title of Apologetics seems daunting to me too and I am "missionary!" Don't get all worried and think you are going to Bible College!
The topic of apologetics has been so intriguing to me the more I have dug into the actual process of learning apologetics. This is especially true as it pertains to my growing faith. Long story short, Christian apologetics is the science of giving a defense to our belief system. Sounds daunting I know.
If we strip away the fancy linguistics and titles at the end of it all we have the simplest but most important question of what apologetics represents, what do I believe? Sounds simple but it surely isn't. These are not just guiding principals for our personal faith but also are bedrock principals we all live by if you are a Christian today.
I wanted to share the video from a man I highly respect and look toward for these bedrock principals. The speaker is Vodie Bacham whom I have heard several times in churches and conferences since I was in my late teens/early 20's. He is a very clear speaker who delivers a fantastic message.
