After a long week in the hospital full of exams & tests I am home! Sorry for the slow updating but I wanted to get a week back at language school before posting any thing. The good news is I am mostly caught up (only one more out of three tests left to take!) with school and the family side is back to normal... if that could ever fully be "normal!"
This journey of health and wellness in my life has been more than crazy and I can for sure say not very much fun to live it out daily. It has been a long 11-12 months for me personally in multiple ways but this is really true for my overall health.
